Quick Gourmet bag returns are accepted for any reason within 20 days of reception of bags by clients. The inner bag holding the individual bags must be unopened and clean.

A USPS shipping label will be sent to the email provided within 5-7 business days. Print, then tape or glue the return label onto the shipping bag, and drop off at any post office or mail letter box.
Refunds will be applied to the initial purchase amount and method of payment, within 10 business days following the receipt of the return package, less the cost of the return shipping.
In the event that a client receives bags that were damaged during shipping and are not usable, please send a picture of the damaged bags including the quantity and a picture of the shipping label to info@quickgourmetbag.com
Our claims dept. will evaluate the claim and if accepted will either ship a replacement pack at no charge or apply a refund for the number of bags damaged. In either case, the client will be notified.
If a client received a pack size that was not ordered, please send an email with the order number and reason for return to: info@quickgourmetbag.com
